What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number, organisation and the content of your message.
While delivering managed services we process business contact details and technical data about the systems we support, under a separate agreement with the client organisation.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond to you and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for up to 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by law and our insurers afterwards.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, or restriction of processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
