We already have Google Workspace — is it set up properly?+−
Often not fully. We check the tenant against a known standard, tighten baseline policies and make sure licensing matches reality.
Can you move our email and files from Microsoft 365 or an old server?+−
Yes. Migration from Microsoft 365, other providers or on-premise systems is planned so work continues during the move.
Are we paying for licences we do not use?+−
Possibly. Licence review and rationalisation identifies seats and features nobody uses, so the right people hold the right subscriptions.
Does Google back up our data for us?+−
Google keeps the platform running, but protecting your data is your responsibility. We include backup of Google Workspace data so email and files can be restored.
